Title: Support Engineer
Location: Vancouver, WA
Duties performed: General Support of all aspects of Amperwave including direct customer support, troubleshooting of streaming software and ad management/delivery issues, and promoting best practices. Creating custom reports for clients. Performing preliminary investigation and documentation of any issues that may arise in the Amperwave ecosystem to better support development. Working closely with Jess Hahn implementing large scale streaming migration projects.

How long have you been in the industry? 15 months.
What do you love about your work/industry? I love music, so working in the radio industry has been eye opening as to what all has to go right to be able to listen to the radio online! As far as my specific role, I really enjoy the researching and troubleshooting aspect of being a Support Engineer. I learn something new almost every day!
Fun facts about you! (Pets, Family, Hobbies, Hidden talents, Languages spoken, etc.) I love living in the PNW because of our quick access to a variety of geographic features: mountains, beach, forest, I don’t think I could ever move away! Hobbies include: reading, photography, camping, baking. Fun fact about me – I just celebrated the 10 year anniversary of my kidney transplant which came from a complete stranger!
